At Kaahini Fashion, we take immense pride in the handcrafted earrings created by talented Indian artisans. Since each piece is handmade, slight imperfections may occur, adding to their unique beauty and charm.
Exchange & Credit Note Policy
Kaahini Fashion does not accept returns or refunds for orders once placed. However, we offer exchanges and credit notes under specific conditions. These can only be redeemed on our website.
Conditions for Exchange & Credit Note
Exchanges or credit notes are provided only if:
- The product(s) delivered differ from what was ordered.
- The product(s) are damaged upon receipt.
In such cases, contact our customer support at Support.kaahinifashion@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the product. Requests made after 2 days will not be accepted.
Important Notes:
- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Coupon codes cannot be used on exchange orders or credit notes.
- Credit notes cannot be redeemed on sale items.
- Products bought from third-party websites or stores are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Missing items and incorrect orders must be reported to customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
Exchange Policy – India
- Exchanges are not provided for customer preference. In special cases, exchanges may be allowed with a ₹250 pickup and re-shipping fee.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability.
Exchange Policy – International
- Refunds are provided only for lost shipments.
- International orders are not eligible for exchange.
- For damaged or incorrect items, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery with an unboxing video to qualify for a refund.
No Refund or Exchange in the Following Cases:
- Pre-orders or customized items.
- Used products.
- Minor color or design variations due to display differences or the handcrafted nature of items.
- Incorrect or outdated shipping addresses.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
For approved refunds, only the product value will be refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable. Duties, taxes, and shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.
- Pre-order or made-to-order items cannot be canceled.
- Shipped orders are non-cancellable.
- For orders canceled before shipping, only a credit note will be issued.
